Step 1) Download the Java
Runtime Environment (JRE) if you don't already have it.
Version 1.5.0
Step 2)
Download/Run
the installation program from
here.
Step 3)
Read the readme.txt file for instructions or click on "Help"==>"Display Insructions"
to get started.

Finally, note that nework play uses port 3458, so you'll need to
adjust your firewall accordingly.
